Cancellation Policy:* A $25 administrative fee will be charged for any cancellation or substitution received on or before September 4, 2009. Cancellations received after September 4, 2009, but before September 10, 2009, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after September 10, 2009, are nonrefundable.
