GIS for Oil & Gas Conference note regarding Hurricane Ike

GITA announced today that this event - scheduled for Sept. 21-24, at the Marriott Westchase Hotel in Houston, Texas - IS CANCELED. We are currently making plans to repurpose conference content (into an event or other package), and updates will be posted on this Web site. You can also sign up to receive updates. Safety remains the association's top priority, and this decision came after much evaluation and monitoring of the situation in Houston.
