GeoAlberta is a collaborative effort between four associations: the Alberta Chapter of the Urban and Regional Information Systems Association (URISA), the Alberta Chapter of the Geospatial Information Technology Association (GITA), the Alberta Geomatics Group (AGG), and GeoEdmonton.
Over 450 professionals from across Western Canada will converge to broaden their knowledge of provincial, national, and international developments in GIS and land information systems as well as explore opportunities to improve productivity in their organizations.
