GITA's original room block at the Marriott Westchase Hotel has sold out, but you can stay in an added room block at the Marriott Westchase Hotel for $184/night, plus 17% tax. We have also added a room block across the street at the Hilton Houston Westchase Hotel!

Single/Double Occupancy:  $179/night, plus 17% tax.
Triple Occupancy: $199/night, plus 17% tax.
Quad: $219/night, plus 17%tax.

Please note that if you are unable to attend the conference after you have guaranteed your reservation, the reservation must be cancelled prior to 6:00 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. If you do not cancel the reservation, your credit card will be charged for one night’s stay or your deposit will be retained by the hotel as a no-show fee.

Cancellation Policy: A $25 administrative fee will be charged for any cancellation or substitution received on or before September 12, 2008. Cancellations received after September 12, 2008, but before September 18, 2008, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after September 18, 2008, are nonrefundable.
